I am not a fan of Brazil (My brother Yazeed is). Me, my Blood is Orange (I cheer for Holland) but since they are out (Unfortunately), I am cheering & cheering for FRANCE.

It is a 100% fact for any body who cheers for HOLLAND hates Brazil!

The reason behind so many people being so happy for yesterday’s France Win over Brazil is that the Pepsi Team, I mean the Brazilian Team, are infected with “Fake Superiority & Over Exteme Pride”. This pride needed to be broken because Brazil no longer played like before.
I admit that Brazil’s play was so beautiful and entertaining before, but not anymore. Even Ronaldhino plays better in Barcelona (My Best Team) than he does with Brazil.

Yesterday’s match was amazing, Zidanne/Henry/Rebera were all great.
For me, Brazil Team is a group of historical guys who were marketed by PEPSI

Now, Back to the original subject of this post. This picture of Ronaldo was taken whilst his visit to Palestine. I dont know when that was but I read that the Media started to blacklist him ever since that visit. I received this via a FW email today.

We are all falling in love with Google’s Non-Stop Ideas and It became really a difficult task to keep monitoring whats new with them. I will write some of the latest development.

In Google Video, Google has added a new section called Shakers & Movers. It contains the latest trends up and down for the latest videos added, categorized in each country of the world.

For Google International Zeitgeist during the latest available month, the charts shows the top 10 search terms for each country or community. These charts can give an interpretation or mirror of each country’s interests. For example, most searched term in Google UK was eBay and for Turkey was sohbet which means chat in turkish language and for Norway it was Ronaldinho. I am sure that June’s release of this page will be covering a lot of Worldcup topics & search terms.

In the end I would like to highlight a great new extension for Firefox Browser which is done by Google, Google Browser Sync. An extension that allows the user to sync all browser related items like bookmarks, history, Cookies and saved passwords – across your multiple computers. It also allows you to retain open tabs and windows across different machines. All what you need is a GMAIL account to run this extension & to allow the sync/restore anytime you need it.

For the lovers of Picasa Photos Software, Google recently has launched the Linux version of Picasa on this URL.

Are you fed up with your manager, boss, supervisor or your company rules?!
Do you agree with a big chunk of people that a bad boss is the main reason of why an employee quit his job looking for another anonymous chance, a chance which may hold inside another worse situation, who knows?

Most people wait for their promotion as to breathe & exhale widely when they reach management level in their careers because they would no longer report to a small manager any more. A manager reports to a director or a VP in most corporate structures. Let’s wish they don’t convert either to a bad personality & start a bad attitude against their staff underneath their responsibility.

I am currently working as a Senior Network Engineer and from my personal experience in Dubai since year 2000, I have seen many cases where employees quit their jobs as to change their company for a less pay only to get rid of their bad boss, who made his life a hell.

Another case where a bad boss refused to accept someone’s resignation because he knew that he has got quad the salary offer from another company, although that manager knows that he is underestimated in his current pay and position & that he deserves the new position. Finally, he ruined the life of my friend & he fired him after letting that golden chance goes from him, ending him with leaving Dubai and going back to Jordan. The bad thing here is that this manager is from Jordan also & he knows that the victim employee is the only family member who works & that he is responsible financially about his brothers & parents.

For me, thank god, I am currently not facing any difficulties of that kind anymore as the atmosphere in my department is warm & friendly. I will not write about my personal past experiences as everybody should turn the page with optimism, they werent that bad but we live and see. To be frankly, I cannot handle a bad boss for 5 days -didn’t want to say 5 minutes or seconds- after raising my patience level to 1000%.

Conclusion, I think whatever person is happy or not with his current boss or company atmosphere, the best for someone is to be his own boss. This subject is fragile. Why? Because it needs to be calculated very well. I still remember a story I heard from one Multinational IT Director here in Dubai, telling me about his friend, who was a regional manager and planned to have his own business in Amman. The man resigned from his position and invested all his savings & was finally in the street after 1 year walking like a hopeless, even without his car which he sold it. He lost his position, his money & he failed. That is an exception of course, I wish everybody the success in their career or self employment.
