LOL.

Allah yesa3dak ya yazeed. I feel that you are writing this post from a live experience. That customer service doesnt know that he is talking to a hacker :)

lol, la hacker wala eshy… we really need technical support guys who actually have technical knowledge.

Here is a tip, if you are on their black list (basically you have a really huge bandwidth usage) they’ll cap down your speed and keep BSing you, saying that it JTC fault, your system is full of viruses and stuff.
Good luck
Ru with Batelco?

I’m with TEDATA, however the post isn’t about them in particular, it’s about Jordanian ISPs in general. You’re right Firas, we’re big bandwidth consumers, about 60GB per month. I think, tedata is the only ISP in Jordan which claims to give unlimited bandwidth, though the other day this guy from their technical support asked me what I do online, telling me that they have doubts about our account, whether we’re an internet cafe or home users, and that they only limit internet cafe accounts. I told him that he has no right to ask about my online activities, but they could come over for a cup of coffee and make sure that we are no internet cafe instead of blindely limiting our account, even though it is ridiculous from their part to think of us as an internet cafe until proven other wise, cause we are paying 67$ a month and are not getting the internet for free…

that is so true, unbelievable!

the same exact wording!

YAzeed 60GB/month?
